Do you offer help setting up our locations and campaigns

Yes. For a limited time we’re offering free on-board assistance and setup to every new user.

You'll work with a dedicated rep who will set your account up with all of your locations, campaigns and competitors so you can 'hit the ground running' from day one.

Do I have to sign up for a subscription for a certain period?

Optimum Feedback is provided on a monthly basis which we believe gives you enough time to really see the value that it can bring to your business.

After that, your subscription will continue monthly until cancelled.

Which package is right for our business?

The right choice will ultimately come down to the size of your operation and the type of support required by you or your users.

Our enterprise package is most popular with larger organisations that require dedicated support for all of their users from an account manager. Our dedicated reps already know the details of the businesses they work with, and can configure the software to your requirements and help on board your users without your direct involvement saving you time.

Can I add new users at any time?

Yes. To make administration and billing easier, we don't bill by the user, so adding more users is a simple process that typically won’t affect your billing.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

There are no restrictions on exporting your subscribers or moving to another system. All of subscriber and solicited feedback is available to download in CSV format which will allow you to view it on any system.

We'll also keep your data live for 90 days in case you change your mind, unless you tell us otherwise.

How secure is my data?

Extremely. Optimum Feedback mostly runs on AWS cloud infrastructure operated by Amazon Web Services, who are responsible for the secure storage of some the world's largest corporations. This is backed by Amazon's 99.99% uptime service level agreements. The infrastructure provided is designed and managed in alignment with security best practices and standards including ISO9001 / ISO 27001, PCI DSS Level 1, SOC1 – 3 / SAS 70 and FIPS 140-2.

How do I cancel my subscription?

While we'll be very sad to see you go, you can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@optimumfeedback.com
