Do you offer help setting up our account

Yes. For a limited time we’re offering free on-board assistance and setup to every new account.

You'll work with a dedicated rep who will walk you through the platform so you can 'hit the ground running' from day one.

Do I have to sign up for a subscription for a certain period?

We believe in only keeping you as a client if the platform continues to provide value, not because we've tied you into a contract.

Once your account is live, you will only ever be billed for what you use on a month to month basis.

What happens if I cancel our subscription?

There are no restrictions on exporting your subscribers, reporting data or moving to another system. All of your subscriber and solicited feedback is available to download in CSV format which will allow you to view it on any system.

We'll also keep your data live for 30 days post closure in case you change your mind, unless you tell us otherwise.

How secure is my data?

Extremely. Flyte mostly runs on AWS cloud infrastructure operated by Amazon Web Services, who are responsible for the secure storage of some the world's largest corporations. This is backed by Amazon's 99.99% uptime service level agreements. The infrastructure provided is designed and managed in alignment with security best practices and standards including ISO9001 / ISO 27001, PCI DSS Level 1, SOC1 – 3 / SAS 70 and FIPS 140-2.

How do I cancel my subscription?

While we'll be very sad to see you go, you can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@flyte360.com

We're headquarted in the UK, however we serve customers worldwide with the majority of our clients being in the US. Our primary markets are the US, Canada, Australia and Mexico
